What is Fidument?
Fidument is a modular business platform. The account belongs to a person, the organization is a separate entity, and roles come from membership in a specific organization. Organizations select independent modules. Service / CMMS is one working preset, not a separate product or the identity of the whole platform.
Scope depends on the offer and permissions
Service preset — one configuration, not all of Fidument
For service businesses, the CMMS preset combines customers, locations, devices, service history, maintenance, requests, work orders, reports, costs and a calendar. Inventory, staff and device analytics are outside the base configuration. Other industries will get their own configurations without a separate product identity.

What is Fidument?
Fidument is a modular business platform. Service / CMMS is one working preset, not the identity of the whole platform.
Can one Fidument account manage several companies?
Yes. One person can belong to multiple organizations and switch the active organization without creating separate accounts.
Can a user have a different role in each organization?
Yes. The role and permitted actions come from membership in a specific organization, not from a global account type.
Is Fidument only a CMMS?
No. Fidument is a modular platform, and CMMS is a mature service preset composed of independent modules.
Does Fidument support holding companies?
The account, organization and membership model allows an organization hierarchy to be added later. Holding company management is not currently implemented.
