Custom configuration

Build your system

Tell us how your company works: its industry, who takes part in processes and where most manual work happens today. Fidument helps select a configuration based on available modules without claiming features that are not ready.

Two paths

Choose how to start

Both paths lead to the same form. The submission goes to review and does not activate a system.

Questionnaire

Tell us how the company works

We ask about everyday work. You do not need to know module or preset names. A submission is not an order and does not activate a system.

First product

Scope depends on the offer and permissions

The service preset (CMMS) is the most mature. It is one configuration of independent modules, not Fidument’s identity. An organization enables only what it needs and what its access terms allow.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is Fidument a ready system for every industry today?

No. The service preset (CMMS) is currently the most mature. Access depends on the organization’s offer and permissions. General contractor and equipment or vehicle rental solutions are development directions, not production features.

Do all modules have to be deployed at once?

No. We start with the simplest configuration that fits the company’s current processes and extend it in stages.

What does the available service preset include?

The CMMS preset combines customers, locations, devices, service history, maintenance, requests, work orders, reports, costs and calendar. Inventory, staff and device analytics are outside the base configuration. The customer portal is not a preset component.

How do I start selecting a system?

Start with a short questionnaire: industry, team and processes, then needs and contact details. We use it to select the simplest possible set of available modules without promising features that do not exist.
