Draft for review
Working draft dated 25 October 2026 for legal review. This is not binding terms, an approved policy or a concluded processing agreement. It does not change existing order terms.
Operator: Przedsiębiorstwo Techniczne MTC Wiktor Suska. Address: ul. Jezuicka 24A, 05-230 Kobyłka, Poland. Polish tax ID (NIP): 1251751514. Contact: [email protected], tel. +48 534 166 163. Privacy: [email protected].
1. Provider and scope
Fidument includes the information website, personal accounts, organizations and separate Tools. The provider is Przedsiębiorstwo Techniczne MTC Wiktor Suska, identified above. A business using the platform and its roles remain separate from the provider’s role.
2. Accounts and organizations
A personal account exists independently of organizations. Access to an organization’s data depends on current membership, permissions and the selected context. An invitation requires deliberate acceptance; signing in does not grant membership. Platform administration does not automatically grant access to organization data.
3. Technical requirements and security
The website and application require a current browser, JavaScript and an internet connection for network features. Session and preference storage may require browser storage. Users must protect their credentials, use MFA where required and report suspected account compromise. Unlawful content, malicious files and attempts to circumvent safeguards are prohibited.
4. Free features and Tools
The classic Drawing 2D → DXF tool is anonymous and processes the selected file locally. Other tools may require an account, a file upload or a separate purchase, as disclosed before execution. Technical results require user verification. Contract Creator does not sign documents or conclude agreements; a draft and a document prepared for signature are different states.
5. Offers, prices and orders
Before a paid order, the user receives the product scope, price, currency, taxes, period, limits, payment method and delivery terms. The terms of that order are recorded when it is placed. Catalog changes do not alter them retroactively. Organization plans and personal Tools purchases are separate products. Returning from a payment page is not by itself proof of payment or entitlement.
6. Usage credits and result delivery
Where an offer supports usage credits, the quantity, execution cost and any expiry must be disclosed before purchase. Credits cannot be cashed out or transferred between accounts; statutory payment refund rights are unaffected. Retrying the same settled export must not result in a second charge. History and repeat downloads depend on the recorded offer and current access to the document.
7. Data, permissions and expiry
Users must have a lawful basis to enter data and share files. Organization documents remain protected even where an individual paid for the export. Expiry of a paid period does not delete data or membership: permitted reading of existing data depends on the last module set and current permissions, while paid writes may be blocked. Revocation of membership or permissions may also remove read access.
8. Withdrawal and consumer rights
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Exceptions for fully performed services and digital content have different conditions; purchasing or downloading a file does not automatically waive the right. Early performance requires the appropriate request or express consent, required information and confirmation on a durable medium. Product classification and the wording of these declarations require review before consumer sales.
9. Complaints and refunds
Complaints may be sent to the provider’s confirmed contact address, describing the issue, the order identifier where available and the requested remedy. Passwords, MFA codes and unnecessary third-party data must not be sent. Consumer complaints receive a response within the statutory 14-day period on a durable medium. Rights relating to non-delivery or non-conformity of digital content and services remain unaffected. Refunds do not rewrite historical order terms.
10. Ending use and responsibility
An anonymous feature can be exited by closing it. Requests to close an account, terminate a service or obtain data should be sent to the provider; the offer and applicable law determine timing and effects on purchased products. Users should download needed results before losing access. A beta or test label does not exclude mandatory liability. The provider does not assume the user’s responsibility for the accuracy of entered data, while remaining responsible for its own contractual and statutory duties.
11. Versions and changes
This document takes effect only after approval and publication with a version and effective date. Changes do not rewrite historical orders. Required notice, reasons for changes and user rights must be provided before new terms apply. A working translation does not become approved merely by selecting its language.
12. Disputes and mandatory law
These terms do not restrict the rights of consumers or traders entitled to the relevant consumer protection. A choice of law or court cannot remove mandatory protection. Information on assistance and alternative dispute resolution is available from UOKiK and the European Consumer Centre. Participation in a particular ADR procedure is not asserted without the provider’s confirmation.
To confirm before approval
Retention and deletion periods, providers and transfers, required annexes and external review of the content and translations remain to be confirmed. This version remains a draft until then.
