How to use this tool
Describe your terms or choose a type
Write what you have agreed in your own words. Categories select relevant fields; you can also choose a custom draft. You do not need all the information at the start.
Review the proposed values
The program extracts recognizable terms and suggests document types. Correct or confirm values from your description. Unknown parties, prices, taxes and starting events remain unknown.
Create and edit a partial draft
The form shows fields for the selected relationship. Fill relevant gaps, resolve conflicts and add your own provisions. Incomplete drafts can be saved.
Review the updated preview
The same terms and provisions produce the preview and the DOCX and PDF files. After editing, check the refresh status and labels on unconfirmed proposals.
Keep versions and attachments
Save, copy and restore documents through new revisions. Upload requires your consent and file checks. A failed save or scan is not success.
Check the cost, then generate
Check access and cost reads the canonical price and access. Generate and download starts the export. Your custom draft is labelled; reviewed public blanks and preparation for signature are separate modes.
How “Describe your terms” works
Describe what you agreed in your own words. The program extracts recognizable information and presents it for correction or confirmation. Continue in a form with relevant fields, missing information and your own provisions.
Polish example: “ogrodzenie 40 metrów, materiał wykonawcy, zaliczka 30%, termin 14 dni”. This proposes a 40 m fence, contractor materials, a 30% advance and 14 days. It does not invent a price, parties, VAT or the event starting that period.
Employment example: “umowa o pracę, stanowisko: elektryk, 1/2 etatu, od 2026-11-01, wynagrodzenie 4200 PLN brutto”. You select the employment term explicitly. Conflicting amounts require a decision; they are not averaged.
Description extraction uses bounded rules, currently for recognizable Polish wording. It cannot reliably understand every sentence. Unassigned information remains in your note and can be entered in the form or custom provisions. Manual editing works without AI.
Blank, draft and preparation for signature
A blank contains labelled placeholders. A draft can contain incomplete facts and questions. Finalization checks the specific release requirements rather than inventing parties, amounts, taxes or dates.
Public blank DOCX/PDF files are a separate publication. They appear only for an approved template; access to this guide does not mean that a template has been published.
What to prepare for common contracts
Specific work: defined result and acceptance. Mandate: tasks and settlement. Employment: work, location, hours, remuneration and dates. Rental: object, period, rent and agreed charges. Free use: object, permitted use and return. Forms separate these facts.
History and attachments without losing the draft
Attachment inputs are JPG, PNG, WebP, PDF and DOCX. Choose the document or clause target and order. Unreadable, rejected or unchecked files are not marked safe. Original revisions remain in history.
DOCX and PDF from the same document
Check access and cost reads the canonical price and access. Generate and download starts the export. Your custom draft is labelled; reviewed public blanks and preparation for signature are separate modes.

When creation or download is unavailable
Check legal-content status, account, document access and history quota. Fill the indicated gaps; on a save error keep the draft open and retry. This guide neither removes legal blocks nor purchases access.
A contract in a worker card
In Workers, choose the cooperation form, such as employment, mandate, specific work or B2B. The form helps select questions; it does not grant an organization role or permissions.
Attach your PDF or a photo of the document to the card. Alternatively, open the same Creator, prepare a personal draft and explicitly choose “Attach to worker card” after generating the PDF. HR data is not sent to the draft automatically. The organization copy has separate access and history; your personal original stays in your documents.
A daily assignment carries the brief; a time entry records actual work. A worker granted access to their own card sees their assignments and submits time for a day or assignment. Time approval requires a separate permission. Module, document and order access always depends on the organization and the person’s permissions.
